  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup Pepitas
  • 1/3 Cup Organic Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 10 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 6 Drops Wild Orange Essential Oil (Purchase)
  • Coconut for rolling


  1. Place deseeded medjool dates into blender or Thermomix and blitz. Remove and set aside
  2. Place oats, sunflower seeds, pepitas, cacao powder and protein powder in blender/Thermomix and blitz until a fine crumb.
  3. Add medjool dates, coconut oil and maple syrup to dry mix and blitz until consistency can be rolled into balls. You may need to add a little water to help bind.
  4. Add Wild Orange essential oil and mix through on a gentle speed.
  5. Form into balls and roll in coconut.
  6. Store in fridge and enjoy!
